United States Department of Defense’s Post

On July 4, 1776, the 13 colonies adopted the Declaration of Independence, asserting American sovereignty from Great Britain. On the anniversary of our nation’s birth, we salute the men and women, past and present, who have selflessly served our nation. Happy Independence Day to the USA! 🇺🇸✨

Let's keep freedom free, we need to quit trying to repeat history. If we look back and see what works and what doesn't work, we should learn from it. Sometimes we think that we have new ideas but they really are not. We just need to improve the ideas that currently exist. Technically is not always a good idea. What we have learned is that technology has taken away how we make decisions in natural life and our ethics and will to think on how we make decisions is much lower than ever before. How we work, how we communicate, how we socialize, how we treat others and so on. If we want to be a Free country, we need to be independent of many things so we don't have to count on other countries to take care of ourselves in the food industries, energy, products and services. We should not be taxed to the point of poverty and depend on our government to take care of our needs. Remember what Independence day really means. Why we fought so hard in the past is the reason we have our independence.

They did by being defiant of a tyranical government who sought to only push the people into servitude and poverty. The people rebelled and established a nation for the people, to live in liberty and happiness, and to fight any tyranny that may form in the future. Countless lives have served and died from enemies foreign AND domestic and while number have dwindle, there are still those of us willing to continue. 🫡🫡🫡

Today marks the celebration of United States Independence Day, commemorating its significant global contributions. As we reflect on its achievements, I reaffirm commitment to sustaining partnerships with the United States and its allies, fostering mutual prosperity and progress on the global stage. Thank you United States Department of Defense & U.S. Department of State

The concept of freedom is complex & multifaceted. While the United States has made significant progress in advancing civil rights & equality, there are still ongoing challenges & systemic issues which need to be addressed. It’s important to recognize the historical struggles faced by marginalized groups & acknowledge that true freedom & equality have not yet been fully realized for all individuals in the country. The quote by Martin Luther King Jr. serves as a reminder that the fight for freedom & justice is ongoing & requires continuous effort & advocacy. IMO, America hasn’t ever been free from the mentality of man.

I'm sorry, but I think a post from the DoD regarding our country's independence should be written without AI. I'm not against using ChatGPT, use it all the time myself in fact, however, when you are the DoD posting on America's birthday, at least ONE person there should find the time to really reflect on what that means since we have our men and women in droves for years who have fought for it. The reason I know this is AI generated is because during this time ChatGPT was putting "us" at the end of everything and you had to remove it, which you didn't on this post.
