How to become good at cold outreach when you're starting out? Shadow the best-performing guy on the team and do twice the amount of his work. If he does 100 outreaches per day, you do 200. Volume compensates for the lack of skillset at the beginning. Simple, but not easy 😃

And yet...so many people doubt so much of themselves that even if they "listen" to their intuition, they decide to ignore it and either ask others for their opinions or simply disregard every message (including their own) and assume that "it is what it is" with resignation. On my first years as a coach, I used to think that #coaching was about helping others see "better" options that I could see on THEIR life and then help them choose one to start changing. In my own process being coached by some of the most successful coaches in the world (most recently including Michael Neill) I've come to realize that if anything, coaching is about helping you realize that you are the expert on you and about creating the space so you can connect with your insights/wisdom/intuition to create whatever changes you want on your life. We all have this "inner voice" that guides us, all we need is to fine tune so we can really listen to it despide the noise around us or the noise in our own heads. Tell me about your experience with listening to your own wisdom. I'd love to read you! #coaching #transformation #insideout
"You are the expert on you. You're the only one who knows what fits for you and what doesn't.” - Michael Neill

💡 Love this wisdom from Leah Kral. Those of us who serve on non-profit boards should encourage the CEOs and staff of the organizations we serve, championing this idea: ✨️"If we aren’t operating at our creative and innovative best, not only are we unfulfilled but our nonprofits’ beneficiaries lose out, too." #NonprofitLeadership #BoardMemberInsights #InnovationInNonprofits

Leap of faith... one of the most important concepts in entrepreneurship and at the same time - one of the most misunderstood and misused. 🤓 "Leap of faith" doesn't mean a blind belief that whatever you think is true... it doesn't mean being arrogant. 👎 It means to have a deep belief that regardless of how hard it is and how much effort you need to put before seeing any results, as long as you follow the right process, you will prevail at the end! 💪 That's why, in our office, we have a small A3 poster on the wall, inspired by a favourite tv show of ours, to remind us that "there is always a way"! 🙌 P.S.
