We were recently at one of our favorite restaurants in our neighborhood & I happened to see that fish tacos were a new menu item. 🐟🌮 (I love fish tacos. Anyone else?) 😋 I was pretty excited & I wasn't the only one who felt this way. I overheard another table talking to their server about the fish tacos, how much they loved them & how happy they were to see them on the menu. The server said, "I know, right? We already had all the ingredients because of everything else on the menu, so we thought, why not make these, too?" 🧑🍳 I love this so much because as leaders and business owners, we...accumulate a TON of ingredients. Content. Knowledge. Experiences. Examples. 🤯 It might be time to take a look at all the stuff you have. Dig it out. Examine it. What can you make from what's in your storage closet? Does anyone attend webinars live anymore when you can watch the recording on 1.5 or 2x speed afterwards?   3. Why does one of our dogs abandon his own full bowl and wait until another one is done to eat the crumbs left from his bowl when they both have the same food?
