I am ready to do something different with my business in 2024. I’ve had two opportunities recently. 1.    I’ve been wondering how I could tap into fresh perspectives and innovative ideas for a particular project that I have in mind. 2.    Leading international school inspections and being a school improvement partner has made me realise that not only I have missed working directly with students but I needed to make this happen again. So how could I combine both opportunities to make my wish come true? Thank you, LinkedIn, Amy Doyle, and the University of Portsmouth, Business and Law for giving me the opportunity to apply for the business consultancy project with your 4th-year university students. I'll get support for my business while helping the next generation build the skills and knowledge they need for the post-graduation world. Today is an important day for Nadine Powrie Consultancy Limited. Meeting our team, face-to-face for the first time is incredibly exciting. The way I see it is that those students have knowledge, skills, expertise, and ideas that I don’t have. Knowledge exchange is a dynamic process between academia and external partners. At its core, it fosters collaboration, innovation, and economic growth. And, by engaging with those four students, I also invest in their professional development and boost their employability. There are only "minimal changes" in attitudes towards career options between the ages of seven and 17, says the report produced jointly by the OECD and Education and Employers.,,,"You can't be what you can't see. We're not saying seven-year-olds have to choose their careers now but we must fight to keep their horizons open," says Mr Schleicher.- While this report was published in 2019, it is as relevant as it has ever been.
