At DECA Dental, we are committed to creating life-changing career pathways, and our Dental Assistant Apprentice Program (DAAP) is a perfect example of that dedication. In the past year, we've made a meaningful difference in nearly 100 lives through DAAP by running cohorts in DFW and Austin, TX. This unique program allows individuals to start a healthcare career without prior experience, providing paid training and covering all credentialing costs. By breaking down barriers, DAAP opens doors to rewarding careers in dentistry. DECA further supports our team members with excellent working hours, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement. Recently, we had the privilege of participating in the Career Pathways Summit in New York. Two of our outstanding DAAP graduates, Briona Thomas and Karina Lopez, shared their powerful stories during a panel discussion, showcasing how the program has positively shaped their careers and futures.
