A few thoughts from #INBOUND23 Partner Day 💭 It was a real privilege to listen to HubSpot's CEO, Yamini Rangan; the depth and breadth of her knowledge on the HubSpot partner ecosystem was truly unparalleled. We got a bit of a taste of the HubSpot roadmap going forward and I have to say, it is incredibly exciting! A few highlights: On the topic of AI🧠: Yamini highlighted that HubSpot's approach to AI will focus on three main things: 1. Content 2. Context 3. Customer. It was clear from her comments that the future of customer engagement will be shaped in large part by AI. Commerce Hub 📦: Yamini gave some highlights about the new Commerce Hub. Some things to look for will be: 1. Integrated payment links 2. GTM Strategy is having such a hype these days. Several people claim to have nailed it, telling others to send 5k emails a day, to others recommending software to create Lists and using AI to scale up the reach out. My perspective and this is only my perspective, it seems GTM tools are becoming a commodity with more and more tools being in the Market, enabling people to access emails, phone numbers, and buying insights... But... If we don't know how to architect their usage, it seems very easy to burn our TAM if not large enough. #GTM #GTMTool #Prospecting #SmallTAM
