“We do one-on-one coaching, collaborate on strategies to enhance team wellbeing, and conduct interviews and onboarding sessions for new team members. We also address HR needs like individual development or team feedback.”
5️⃣ If your team were an animal, what would it be?
“A honeybee! We work collaboratively and value each team member's role in creating a harmonious and productive environment. Just like bees contribute to the ecosystem through pollination, our P&C team nurtures growth and supports the wellbeing of both newcomers and NTS team members.” 🐝

I'm deeply convinced that the key to progress in any organization is fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. In my recent address at the Assembleia Municipal da Marinha Grande, I passionately argued for prioritizing an atmosphere where mutual respect and teamwork are standard.
A healthy work environment not only boosts employee morale and productivity but also reflects on the overall success of our organization. It’s imperative that we implement practices that uphold these values, not just out of duty but as an investment in our greatest asset: our people.
Additionally, it was a pleasure to hear from Eng. Paula Teles , an authority on mobility in Portugal and my colleague at FEUP, who presented the mobility plan study. Her insights are crucial as we strive to enhance our City infrastructure and sustainability.
