Bravo Helion! It will help with generation but unless there’s a distributed approach to placement of generation there is still the transmission problem. The question is…How does this technology scale? If a 100 MW generator is as efficient/cost effective to run as a 500 MW then multiple 100MW generators would help with the transmission problem, need fewer transformers and fewer transformer upgrades while also increasing grid resiliency. How small can the Helion product be made and still be efficient/cost effective to run? I realize you may not be at the point you can answer these questions since this product is still being developed.
