Solid Surfacing of Catia is better, while I am using Creo part modelling there is superb, I try switching to Catia, but initial interface feels like 90s.

🎉 Day 2 Update: My #30-Day CATIA V5 Challenge with learnings from YouTube on LinkedIn! 🚀 Hello LinkedIn community! 👋 Day 2 of my CATIA V5 journey has been an exciting one. Today, I explored shape design and generative shape design, and I'm thrilled to share my progress with you all. 🔵 Project Highlights: Today, I created a tennis ball using a variety of tools and techniques within CATIA V5. Some of the key commands and features I explored include: Slot Command: I learned how to use the slot command to create precise and intricate cuts in designing slots of ball. Edge Fillet: By using the edge fillet tool, I was able to smooth out sharp edges of slot, I created around ball. Generated Sphere: The generated sphere tool was incredibly useful in shaping the core of my tennis ball. It allowed me to achieve a realistic curvature. Mirror Command: I used mirror command to mirror the other half of the sphere as i created half of the sphere first for my ease. #CATIAV5Challenge #ShapeDesign #GenerativeShapeDesign #CATIAV5 #DesignJourney #LearningAndGrowing
