I'm #hiring #dfir and #incidentresponse consultants. (mid-level to senior). APPLY HERE: https://lnkd.in/gVJXBVKi In a nutshell, here's what I am looking for: - Consultants that know how to "find evil" across different mediums. (e.g., do you know what to look for to find "bad" in Windows events? Linux? Firewall/IDS/IPS/EDR logs?). Ever used Splunk or Elastic? We don't need forensicators per se', but having that experience is a plus. How about triage tools? Falcon Forensic Collector & Velociraptor output analysis is a huge plus. Jupyter Notebook experience would be awesome! - Candidates that can operate in high pressure environments working on some of the large breaches and cases in the world. You'll be part of a dedicated team working ransomware, nation-state, insider threat and various other types of incidents all over the world. - Candidates should be able to operate and use EDR to their advantage. We use the industry-leading CrowdStrike, but if you have experience with other "trailing" EDRs (ha!), you can speak the language. - Be curious. Be inquisitive. Be an investigator. Be a problem solver. Some of the benefits to working on our team: - You will be exposed to an array of highly interesting, diverse set of problems and incidents. We need you to think creatively as an investigator. Adversaries get trickier and sneakier every year, we need you to be part of the solution and find them in the data. - Be part of a talented team where you can not only learn from some of the best IR talent, but also get a chance to "choose your own adventure" in a growing organization and company. Want to do ransomware negotiation? We can make that happen. Want to learn a new OS or technique? We can teach you. Want to learn how to manage people? Can do. There are so many career advancement opportunities, it's really just a matter of you getting hired, working hard and telling us your direction. - Never be bored. There's a ton of new business and projects happening. Kivu is growing like crazy in this tough economy. Come join us and be part of something.
