Insight: If your offerings are "in person" (events, concerts, courses, activations, etc), in most cases there are at least two different booking mindsets. They sound like this: "I have time this weekend, what's there to do?" "I like things like this, when can I experience them?" Use your website to empower visitors to view your offerings from both of these perspectives. We've implemented things like personalization on many sites to address this, however... simply adding filters & categories to your calendar based on the interests your audience has is an EASY WIN you can do right now.
With so many exciting programs, Parker Arts needed a way to keep their events up-to-date and promote them to their community. 🎫🎭 We led the team through a series of strategic workshops to understand their audience and build a user-friendly calendar with custom filtering. You follow Savannah Bananas, right? 🍌🍌🍌 I couldn't visit Savannah without seeing Grayson Stadium. That's where they play. Unfortunately, there wasn't a game going on. Heck, I wouldn't have been able to get tickets anyway. They're sold out for the entire season! But it was still cool to step on the grounds of greatness. Not greatness in terms of World Series rings like the Yanks. 💍 But greatness in terms of industry disruption, authentic entertainment, and social media content that not many brands can match. You've probably been following along with Jesse Cole and his story for years. Just like me. And it's been incredible to watch. Which means you know some of the things that make this team stand out: ⚾ Something unique at every game. ⚾ 2-hour limit on games, so they don't go on & on. ⚾ All sorts of extra rules to keep the game interesting - like no walks (instead they're called sprints), no mound visits, and fan foul ball catches are real outs. ⚾ Tickets are a flat $35 and don't scale based on demand. ⚾ There's singing, dancing, costumes, and craziness Their social media following is only one example of their success: 🔅 Instagam: 2.5 million 🔅 TikTok: 8.4 million 🔅 Twitter: 200k 🔅 Facebook: 2.2 million That's just evidence that what they're doing on the field matters and is making a difference. 🧢 Sports is like theater. Since it's live, you never know what to expect. And Jesse has embraced that to the absolute fullest extent. I'm glad I got to stop by and see the field. Just wish I could have caught a game. 🏟️ Maybe I'll be able to get a ticket next time they come to Syracuse or Cooperstown. Until then... Last Friday we celebrated the awards. Today, we celebrated the people behind the awards. A grand haul of 18 wins. 7 Gold, 4 Silver, 6 Bronze and 1 Grand Prix! Whilst holding bragging rights for ‘effectiveness’, we are beyond ecstatic to also be crowned as most ‘creative’ at the recent 4As Advertising Festival. We are in a business of ideas and people. And thus, these awards are a culmination in the strong conviction of belief in our ideas and pushing to sell through to the client. We salute the 4As for a brilliantly organized and concluded festival, our clients who believe in us, and the team that rallies together - rain or shine - to bring it all to fruition. We believe dissatisfaction is the mother of reinvention. That’s why our icon is the octopus. It’s the only organism on the planet that routinely edits its own genetic material to adapt, innovate, and thrive. It outsmarts the competition by constantly changing. When starting out in my career, I was the person who would shy away from the camera.... But now, I love the challenge of featuring in video content and presenting Bonded Agency in an effective way. Being visible online is a commitment I made when we launched the business 👉 I’m still learning and loving the process of challenging myself to constantly improve. A key focus is confidence – which doesn’t happen overnight. ➡ Confidence comes by reassuring yourself that you CAN do the things that worry you, by pushing out of your comfort zone. ➡ Next time you feel uncertain, remind yourself that the previous time wasn’t so bad! ➡ Step by step, celebrate the small wins 🥳. Over time you will overcome your fears and naturally improve. And remember, everyone gets nervous sometimes…it’s healthy and shows you care 👏. How do you overcome your fears and anxieties? I’m of the opinion that it takes work and a willingness to be uncomfortable. Is this infusion of celebrity culture good for the creative community? 🌟 The last word you'll see here from me about the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, but this pivotal shift is unmistakable. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝: This year, it wasn't merely about groundbreaking campaigns or inventive strategies. The festival spotlighted the significant role of celebrities, transforming them from mere attendees to central figures in creative discourse. Celebrity involvement is bridging the gap between content creation and personal branding, making creativity more accessible. 𝐘𝐞𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Does it enrich our creative landscape, or could it overshadow the pure artistic and strategic endeavors that have traditionally driven our industry? Fun fact: April Fools' Day has been celebrated on April 1 for centuries and while there are multiple stories associated with it the most popular ones date back to 16th-century France. We all enjoy pranks and fun, but as marketers, it's our responsibility to inform audiences with accurate and truthful information. Unfortunately, sometimes companies cross the line in attempting to generate buzz. We believe companies should avoid misleading audiences or spreading misinformation, even in jest. Our role is to: -Build trust 🤝 -Share real value 📈 -Demonstrate integrity. ⚖ Successful marketing builds brand loyalty through authenticity and transparency, not cheap tricks. Remember, we are all in for fun but not for scandals.
