The Accenture networking event was incredibly insightful! I had the opportunity to connect with many motivated individuals who openly shared their career journeys. Though I may have been slightly overdressed, I believe it's better to be on the side of formality than not lol. During the panel discussions, I made sure to ask important questions and received some valuable insights from the great people there. I look forward to further interactions with these exceptional professionals in the near future! #Networking #CareerDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #Motivation #FutureConnections #CareerPaths #ProfessionalNetworking #PersonalDevelopment #Jobseeking

I've been laid off twice . It's never personal; it's about larger organizational dynamics. Early in my career, being told I was a "square peg in a round hole" shattered my world. I took it personally. During my mid-career, I found myself laying off others, and eventually, even myself (ha.. ha..). But each experience shaped me. From HR Director across 9 countries to leading Leadership Hiring at Accenture with a team of 50 recruiters, I've learned that setbacks are opportunities in disguise. The bottom line? There's always something better waiting for you after a layoff. Be patient, stay focused, and keep striving. Take this time to reflect, learn, and prepare for your next chapter. Let's connect and share our stories of resilience and growth. How did you navigate career transitions? Comment below or reach out—I'm here to listen and support however I can. #CareerResilience #EmbraceChange #CareerTransitionI

I rarely post here, but today I felt THAT need. I still don’t know why, but I’ll let the words in my mind flow through the keyboard. Last week, I started at Accenture Argentina. After six months of job hunting, I was feeling somewhat hopeless. Endless emails, interviews, and manual CV submissions on various websites—long interviews, short interviews, and countless rejections. And yes, after six months, I began to wonder: “Are we being replaced?” “Am I not enough?” “Is AI taking over the jobs we used to do?” Then it happened—I felt a strong desire to join Accenture. Even though I’d been rejected when I initially visited their homepage, I persisted. Finally, I found a position that aligned perfectly with my skills. And suddenly that first email arrived, that first email ignited hope—a promise of change. The interviews went well. Suddenly, they felt human again. Accenture’s Human Resources Group made me feel valued. They kept me informed throughout the interview process. When I spoke with my People Lead, I sensed the connection I’d been seeking. And so, I share this post. Yes, money matters when accepting a job, but I’ve learned that human connection is equally vital. If you don’t connect with the people you’ll spend hours working alongside, even a good salary won’t be enough. Perhaps it’s because I just started last week, but I can’t adequately describe the positive vibes I’ve felt in their offices. The energy and genuine care from everyone felt real. And yesterday when I left the building and turned back and my eyes saw this image, it was not anymore a doubt why I wanted to be part of this company, it was more an AFFIRMATION that I am in the right place. Remember: Money isn’t everything; energy matters 🌟 #Accenture #NJX #NewHire #AccentureArgentina

"A Recruitment Experience That Left Me Disappointed" I was excited to share that I had been selected for an opportunity at Accenture. I received an interview invitation, but unfortunately, I saw the email the day after the scheduled date. Since then, I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to reschedule—both through email and by directly contacting the recruiter who sent the initial mail—but I haven’t received any response. To make matters worse, after submitting all of my documents as requested, I found that Accenture had blocked me from further communication, leaving me in the dark with no clarity on what went wrong. I understand that recruitment processes can be busy, but clear and timely communication is essential for a professional and respectful experience for all involved. If anyone has faced similar situations or has advice on how to navigate this, I’d appreciate your thoughts. Let’s hope for more transparent and respectful processes in the future! #Accenture #Employees #transperancy #recruitment

I'm here to share a moment of vulnerability with everyone. In December, I found myself unexpectedly laid off from my previous role at Accenture, and since then, I've been looking for my next opportunity. Accenture was an amazing experience for me to grow. I had the privilege of working in our Metaverse team, where every day presented new challenges and opportunities to excel. I collaborated with some of the smartest people I know, and I gained invaluable insights and honed my skills in ways I never thought possible. I am truly thankful for my experience there, but I am now looking forward to my next career step. For those of you who know me, I am not the type of person to stress easy. I look at every situation with a level head and assess my next move. This… has been different. I have applied to 200 roles and it has been anything but easy. I’ve went through multiple screening calls, took various assessments, completed 4 round interviews, and have even made it to a final round just to receive the dreaded call that another candidate was selected over me. This relentless cycle of hope and then disappointment weighs heavily on my mind, echoing the persistent question: "Am I not good enough?" It's a mentally draining process. I know that there will always be a candidate that has more experience than me, but regardless of everything, I know my skillset, and I know that I can excel in a role if given the opportunity. I’m not writing this post for sympathy but rather I want to shed light on the reality faced by countless others in similar situations. So, I'm reaching out to my network, hoping that someone might have a lead or connection. If there's a job opportunity out there, or if you know someone who's hiring, I'd greatly appreciate the chance to connect. My experience lies in consulting, where I've successfully led teams through SaaS implementations, embraced emerging technologies, data visualization, and managed client relationships from presales to post-sales. I am always willing to learn new skills and to relocate if necessary. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Whether this resonates with your own experiences or if you can offer guidance, I'm grateful for any support you can provide. Let's navigate this journey together! #Opentowork

🌟 Grateful for Professionalism and Feedback 🌟 I recently had an inspiring interaction with a Recruiter from Accenture Belgium, and I'm compelled to share my experience. 🚀 After applying for a position, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift response and eagerness to schedule an interview. Unfortunately, the role required an EU citizen, which I'm not. However, what struck me most was the recruiter's professionalism and willingness to provide feedback on my CV. 🙏 This thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about Accenture's commitment to valuing each applicant's effort and time. It's a reminder of the impact we can have in our roles, not just in business outcomes, but also in how we treat people. 💼 Let's strive for professionalism and empathy in every interaction, recognizing the value of every individual's journey. Let's not forget, that behind every application lies a person who invests their time and energy, and companies and recruiters must acknowledge this by providing timely and respectful responses, even in cases where the outcome may not be favorable. Thank you, Andreea Ferigeanu, for your responsiveness and consideration. Your actions truly make a difference. #Professionalism #Feedback #Empathy #Gratitude #AccentureBelgium #CareerJourney #DataAnalystJourney

Hi LinkedIn Community, I've been facing an issue while trying to apply for positions at Accenture. For the past 4-5 months, every time I try to submit an application, I receive an error stating "application already exists," even though there are no active applications under my profile. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times via email, I haven't received any response. Accenture is a company I greatly admire for its innovation, values, and global impact, and I’ve come across several opportunities that match my profile. However, due to this ongoing issue, I’ve been unable to proceed with any applications. I believe that with such a strong commitment to technology and talent acquisition, Accenture can help resolve this technical glitch. If anyone from Accenture’s HR or tech team could assist in solving this issue, I would be truly grateful. Has anyone else experienced this or can suggest a resolution? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your support! #Accenture #JobSearch #CareerOpportunities #HelpNeeded #ITJobs #JobApplication #TechJobs #AccentureCareers #Support #LinkedInCommunity #CareerGrowth #JobOpportunities #Recruitment #Hiring #DigitalTransformation #TalentAcquisition

🚀 How to Crack the Accenture Hiring Process! 🚀 I recently had the opportunity to go through Accenture’s recruitment process, and I’m excited to share some tips that could help you land your dream role! Here’s how I approached it: 1️⃣ Understand the Process: Accenture typically follows a structured hiring process – Aptitude Test ➡️ Technical Interview ➡️ HR Interview. It’s important to know what each round entails and prepare accordingly. 2️⃣ Aptitude & Cognitive Skills: The first round is often a test on logical reasoning, verbal ability, and quantitative aptitude. Brush up on basics and practice with mock tests (platforms like AMCAT/Co Cubes, Prep Insta, and Leet Code can help!). 3️⃣ Technical Skills: Depending on your role, this is where your coding or domain knowledge will be tested. Be clear on your fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Practice coding problems on platforms like Leet Code, Hacker Rank, and Geeks for Geeks. 4️⃣ Know Accenture’s Tech Stack: Accenture uses a wide variety of technologies (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, etc.), so try to understand where your skills can fit into their ecosystem. Be ready to talk about projects or experiences where you’ve used relevant technologies. 5️⃣ Behavioural Interview: Accenture places a lot of value on soft skills and cultural fit. Be prepared to answer questions around leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. Use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to structure your answers. 6️⃣ Learn About Accenture’s Values: Accenture has a strong emphasis on innovation, inclusion, and collaboration. Highlight any experience where you’ve demonstrated similar values in your past roles/projects Thank so much Sahitya mam for their invaluable guidance and support A very Special Thanks to RAJU MITHRA KANTHETI sir and Shanmukh Malyala sir, Vaishnavi mam for conducting this Meeting For us. #CareerTips #JobSearch #AccentureCareers #TechHiring #InterviewPrep #GrowthMindset
