"When a child is fed peanut products at least three times a week from infancy to 5 years of age, the chance they’ll develop a peanut allergy decreases by 71%". This is a great data from a decade plus long study of peanut allergy prevention. Dramatically curtailing the food allergy epidemic is possible, but only if we can get more families to feed allergenic foods like peanuts, eggs, and cow's milk both early AND often. #foodallergies #prevention
