…. Involve me and I learn… Learners retain only 5% of learning through lectures while it soars to 75% when practical setting is available. One of the biggest gap in learning is more emphasis on the lecture style of teaching wherein the practical playground is not made available to test drive. Learning may still happen but only at the understanding level (the initial level of learning pyramid) while the crucial elements of analysing, evaluating and creating gets missed. This makes learning superficial and doesn’t impact the behaviour as we expect it to.
