DID YOU KNOW...we have 4-6 lbs. of bacteria (bugs) residing in us? And trillions of bacteria of up to 10,000 species? One might say we're more bacteria than human. Our bacteria can either serve us or cause problems in a fat/weight loss journey depending on the diversity and colonization. ***** Our intestines have a surface area of over 1½ tennis courts, which are the home to these bacteria. They are critical in how we feel, hormone conversions, food breakdown, nutrient absorption, metabolism, immune health and weight regulation. A healthy gut is vital to weight loss. To improve gut health, consume a variety of whole/real foods, remove processed sugar from your diet, limit alcohol, reduce stress, get good quality sleep and exercise. Your gut will thank you, and fat loss will become MUCH EASIER! ***** If you are curious about what your gut bacteria currently look like and what needs to be done to change them, DM us today and we can run a lab panel where all of this can be discovered. #decodingfatloss #goodbacteria #weightlosstips #weightlossjourney #wellnessjourney
