While automation may eliminate many jobs, it will also create new opportunities, ultimately leading to a net gain in employment. 3. Skills like critical thinking, which are harder for AI to replicate, are becoming increasingly essential. 4. Traditional assessments like essays measure these skills effectively but are not scalable due to the need for human grading. 5. Blees and Cirrus have developed AI-assisted marking to scale the evaluation of critical thinking skills, offering more consistent and unbiased results than human grading.
