Employee takeover: Meet Gulled, and learn what energizes him 🙌 “It has given me a whole new level of energy, and it makes me want to get up in the morning. I have found a certain peace in myself. If I am annoyed, it helps me during the day,” explains Gulled Jama, blacksmith apprentice at CS WIND Offshore, about the effect boxing has on him 🥊👋 "He is one of my guys now," says Lars Borup Hansen, Shop Floor Trainer at CS WIND Offshore, whom Gulled has worked with in the work shop. Gulled is one of our 22 apprentices who contribute every day to our production ✨    He has twenty boxing matches on his sports CV. The interest in boxing came when Gulled, as a 16-year-old in ninth grade, went with a friend:   “I showed up and got my gloves on - and was allowed to spar, and meet my coach, who said; “I’m beating you, I’m beating you” with a twinkle in his eye. After the coach (Sune Krog) sent me on my butt, he was quite surprised at my willpower. From there I got the name ‘Tyson’ for Mike Tyson. In that, I became completely de-stressed, and found out that I needed to go to sports.”   Corona put a temporary stop to the dream of competing in matches. But today, Gulled is 22 years old, has trained boxing for the last six years, and corona never ruined his motivation. He has now boxed matches for four years 👏   In March, Gulled won a great victory in his weight class of 57 kilos at the “Marner Boxgala” in Germany 🏆   And the future plans? Wind turbine production - or winner in the boxing ring? “We will see what the future brings,” Gulled concludes. Give Gulled a high five for the high level of energy, he comes to work with 👋🔋
