Violence against nurses and other healthcare workers is a troubling reality in #healthcare. Recent studies have found that roughly 40% of healthcare professionals have experienced physical altercations while on the job. Many tools can assist with increasing #safety in healthcare settings, including enhancing #RTLS alert systems, increasing communication methods between team members, and integrating alarm systems on-site. Tech is an important partner for medical staff. The faster reports can be made, the easier it is to get help and deter escalations.
