I feel as though if you have experience in multiple HCM/HRIS platforms, it shouldn't matter if you have specified system experience, especially if you've been hands on, managed and led all implementations and understand the intricacies of a functional system, you should be considered. Candidates who can effectively drive a multi-faceted project delivery effort in support of our Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort. The Marketplace will use a skills ontology to assign specific skills with the appropriate skill proficiency level to a given set of jobs/roles. There will be a capability for the employee to assess their skills against the requirements and understand any skill gaps. Then, appropriate developmental options will be provided to close those skills gaps. Lastly, the marketplace will provide visibility into open roles thus permitting the employee to apply for any openings. As you can see, it's a very exciting but complex project. It will require workstreams in both technical and non-technical nature. Will collaborates with key stakeholders, vendors and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met. Requires expertise in detailed project planning and reporting. This program contains a technology element, so IT implementation experience is important. Experience implementing HR programs is preferred. We need a motivated and experienced PPM who can capture the specific requirements and deliverables with stated outcomes and map out a project plan at a weekly level ? that drives and holds accountable the team to deliver on the milestones. I have been partnered with a client that deployed Workday just over a year ago following launch methodology. 🚨 The problem - The product was more or less out of the box, the system had not been tailored to their business needs and the feedback from users was not as positive as they'd hoped. 💡 The solution - We provided a consultant that worked for 3 weeks reviewing the Workday product, seeking opportunity for improvement and the findings were presented to the leadership team. Following that, Hale provided 2 Functional consultants to evaluate and implement the process improvements including the development of their reporting and metrics function. 📈 The outcome - In just 9 months, over 71 processes across the entire HCM suite have been enhanced, the Recruiting module has been rebuilt and the customer is now thriving on Workday.
