The Crocs brand has expanded our ‘Old Crocs. New Life’ takeback program across the United States after a successful pilot last year! Starting today, fans can now bring old Crocs shoes into any of our retail locations in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico) or go to crocs.com/oldcrocsnew.html for a no-cost mail-back kit.  Together, we can extend the wear of each pair of Crocs by repurposing and reimaging well-worn shoes into something new and sending gently used shoes through our global partnership with Soles4Souls. Hello Crocs, I am a loyal customer who ordered a pair of Crocs clogs last month. Unfortunately, I had to request a return and have been facing significant issues with the pickup process. Despite calling your customer service over six times, I have been repeatedly assured that the item would be picked up the following week, but it has yet to happen. As a customer, this repeated delay and lack of resolution is very disappointing. Order id is #163179131. I hope that by bringing this to your attention here, it can be promptly addressed. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action.

I was placing order no. 163406825 on 07/06/2024. In which I also used my coupon of Rs.3313. I was making payment of the remaining Rs.1482. But my payment got pending. Due to this I could not checkout. On talking to customer care, I was asked to cancel the order. And after that I was asked to give a new voucher. Please give me my new coupon of Rs.3313 soon. So that I can place a new order.I was told that a new voucher will be given within two days. But I haven't received it yet. Please issue it quickly so that I can make purchases
