CRG is excited to announce a partnership with Related Midwest to develop the Illinois Quantum & Microelectronics Park (IQMP) in Chicago! This pioneering 128-acre quantum campus at 8080 S. DuSable Lake Shore Drive marks the first phase of a broader 400-acre master plan on the historic South Works site. IQMP, anchored by PsiQuantum, will feature state-of-the-art cryo facilities, equipment labs, research, and office spaces, fostering collaboration between private companies and universities. This transformative project will position Chicago and Illinois as global leaders in quantum computing and microelectronics. The first phase, designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and constructed by Clayco, is scheduled for completion in 2027. Michael Fassnacht, Chief Growth Officer and President Chicagoland at Clayco, emphasized the project's significance, "Partnering with PsiQuantum is a tremendous opportunity, advancing quantum computing and positively impacting the greater Chicagoland area."
