Kudos to the Papitto Opportunity Connection Foundation team for hoisting an exceptional Connector Conference. The event was a treasure of knowledge, brimming with invaluable insights that organizations involved in social impact work can swiftly integrate to optimize operational efficiency. During the conference, I participated in a dynamic panel discussion on collaboration with partnering organizations: Channavy Chhay, Oscar Mejias, and Julie Sullivan Owens. Some of the benefits of working within a coalition: - Coalitions facilitate the pooling of resources, encompassing funding, expertise, and human resources. This collaborative approach often yields a more substantial resource base, surpassing what any single entity could provide and significantly enhancing the chances of achieving common goals. Coalitions unite diverse members, each contributing unique skills, knowledge, and perspectives. This diversity often leads to more comprehensive problem-solving and fosters innovation, offering a broader range of potential solutions. The power of collective action is evident within coalitions. By working together, coalitions can reach and mobilize a larger audience, gaining more substantial community support and increasing their visibility and influence in driving change. We invite you to connect with any of our coalition members to learn more about best practices for building a coalition to advance collective work. #change #love #motivation #life #inspiration #mindset #growth #coalition #collaborations Rhode Island Black Business Association | RIBBA, Social Enterprise Greenhouse, RI Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hope & Main, @CSEA RI

Next Level Networking was a hit! What a great group of people! Thank you to Perry Atkinson and Nancy Wirth from The Dove Media. They along with Sue, Renee and Peggy were the ultimate hosts. We had people of all beliefs at this open networking event. Some are applying for the Medford or Grants Pass groups and others for the Christian group. Here are what some people said on the way out to me "This was AWE-SOME! I mean really AWESOME!," "I am excited to join!", "When can we do this again?", and "I have been to a lot of networking events, this was the best I have ever been to.!" The last question of the event was "What keeps you up at night? What is something that you need help with right now?" Unplanned, a table ended up with 5 Christian women at it for that question. Although we didn't hear what the problem or solution was, we did hear "We prayed together, we cried together, and God was at this table." Another person at that table said "A little while ago we were 5 strangers, then this happened." If you are a business professional in Southern Oregon and you want to spend some time working on your business and grow relationships while doing it, send me a DM. Let's talk and see if you are a good fit for one of our groups. #networking #mastermind #smallbusiness
