It made me realize how many cultures are present on our team and how much I enjoy it. But why is a multicultural team beneficial? Here are 3 reasons: 1. Enhanced problem-solving: Each team member brings a unique way of approaching problems and providing solutions, allowing for more options and balance. An international team brings a variety of skills and competencies to the table and, consequently, generates better results. 2.
