CP Group's Miami assets - nearly 4 million square feet - are participating in Miami-Dade County’s Building Efficiency 305 (BE305) Challenge, beginning June 1, as part of its commitment to #sustainability. The BE305 Challenge is a voluntary program designed to encourage large existing buildings in Miami-Dade County to improve their energy and water efficiency. Our participation demonstrates our commitment to our tenants to provide best-in-class work environments. We plan to achieve our energy and water efficiency goals through a variety of measures, including: - Continuous energy and water use benchmarking - Optimizing building operations - Educating tenants on best practices for energy and water conservation - Planning strategic retrofits as needed Thank you to the Miami-Dade County Office of Resilience for creating this program to encourage us all to strive for excellence.
