Also, how about using 23andMe off-the-shelf kits and ancestry.com family trees and genealogies, and share the big data online, to prove that 98 million members of the CCP, more than 2.5 million personnel of the PLA, more than 200 Chinese billionaires, and the entirety of the Taiwanese government and people are all related to one another? Why should American warfighters --- fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, cousins, friends, loved ones, aunts, uncles, neighbors, loved ones, classmates --- be expected to go to war because of Chinese and Taiwanese inter- and multi-generational family squabbles? More importantly, CFR using decision science on, and social network analyses of, more than 98 million members of the CCP, more than 2.5 million personnel of the PLA, more than 200 Chinese billionaires, roughly 120 Russian billionaires, more than 830,000 Russian soldiers, and of course the transnational organized crime networks will be indispensable because of the growing use of artificial intelligence. The decisions made by China can be matched with the decisions Americans will or will not do.

How does the USA compete against China? Currently, there's a generation or two of Ivy League and R-1 students, researchers, faculty, and think tank experts who neglected to do their feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, business plans, environmental and economic impact analyses, project management plans, strategic management plans, et al., in order to construct infrastructure and develop economies and industries in Africa, South America, and Asia, in the same way China has over the past 30 years. In other words, China was able to construct infrastructure and invest in industries because of lackadaisical Americans who are currently in their hubris mode. China, for example, can experiment with its population, with or without consent, by using big data for their artificial intelligence systems. The US won't do the same because of ethical concerns. Therein lies China's competitive advantage, especially coming from 98 million CCP decision makers who cannot be second guessed.

Thanks for the China Strategy Initiative, If I may, first of all, CFR has to deal with non-military, non-US State department personnel from the United States and Australia, among others who are simply Emotional Support Human Beings for Filipinos, Americans, and Australians. The same Beings from Skankford University, Rant Corporation, See-Lite, and their counterparts from Down Under encourage the bravest and most patriotic Filipinos warfighters to occupy a half floating, rusting coffin in the middle of the sea. The same Beings throw away US Occupational Safety and Health Standards so that the Beings can justify their encouragement of Filipino warfighters to stay on the same rusting coffin. In other words, the Beings make Filipinos stupid and gullible for the sake of emotional satisfaction. When there is chaos, confrontation between and among the Filipinos and Chinese, the Beings find meaning in their lives and thrive. The Beings operate at the expense of Filipino and American lives.
