REFLECTION: INDUSTRY - OPERATION OVERVIEW WITH BAT I'm glad I had the opportunity to participate in the Industry - Operation Overview session with BAT Vietnam. This session provided me with an overview of BAT's culture and workplace, as well as the key focus areas in the company's operations. I learned that BAT's culture is quite unique, with a strong emphasis on creativity, personal development, and environmental respect. This fosters a diverse working environment and motivates employees to grow and contribute. Key focal points in the company's operations include continuous innovation, fundamental work, and ongoing challenges to improve performance and quality. This helps BAT maintain a competitive position in the tobacco industry. BAT's supply chain strategy is also an important aspect, with careful considerations for inventory management and supply chain management to ensure that products are always available and meet market demands. In summary, the session has provided me with a deeper understanding of BAT Vietnam, their culture, and how they focus on core operations.
