Meeting with other community leaders through the The Community Roundtable this afternoon to discuss insights from the latest Community Careers and Compensation. I am in love with the toolkit styled research that has insights, benchmarks, role definitions, etc. Happy for the update - I regularly reference this research as a tool when working with team members on career development or resource planning when thinking about team needs/structure/growth.
