However, amidst the whirlwind of new hires and fresh perspectives, there lies a hidden gem that often goes unnoticed: tenure. Tenure within a company is not merely a measure of how long an employee has been with an organization; it's a testament to loyalty, dedication, and a deep-rooted commitment to the company's mission and values. While the trend of job hopping may seem appealing on the surface, it's crucial to recognize the immense value that long-serving employees bring to the table. Let's raise a toast to the tenured employees who continue to shape and enrich our organizations every day. I'm truly at a loss for words to convey the immense pride I feel for our team this year. Amidst a challenging landscape where many recruiting and executive search firms faced setbacks, our team not only met but exceeded expectations. They adhered to our time-honored process, unearthing exceptional, passive candidates for our clients. This year witnessed an unprecedented number of successful candidate placements across a broader spectrum of clients, with nearly 50 new clients coming on board. While revenue growth is the cornerstone of business success, what truly astounds me is the caliber of our present team. They are a cohort dedicated to daily excellence, showing up consistently with unwavering dedication. They foster an environment of mutual encouragement and support. When someone faces a tough day, this team rallies to lift them up. And when someone secures a landmark deal (this year saw the two largest deals in our company's history!), the entire team celebrates these victories together. With a culture like this, success becomes an inevitable byproduct. Yet, what astounds me isn't just surpassing sales records, but achieving this feat with a staggering 60% fewer producing staff members pursuing this collective goal. Business revolves around people. When you assemble the right individuals united by a common purpose, and those individuals embody commitment, diligence, and a hunger for constant improvement, anything is possible.

As I sit down to write this, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude. Three years ago, I embarked on an extraordinary journey with CLEAR, stepping into a leadership team to establish our local site from the ground up. This venture was filled with ambition, creativity, and the collective spirit of making the impossible possible. From the very first day, we were on a mission to innovate and create, crafting major software projects with passion and dedication. These projects not only pushed the boundaries of technology but also set new standards for excellence within our industry. It was a journey of growth, learning, and countless memorable moments that I will treasure forever. Yet, all journeys have their destinations, and it is with a bittersweet heart that I share our corporate decision to close the local site. This decision does not diminish the incredible work we have done together. Instead, it serves as a testament to our resilience, innovation, and the indomitable spirit of our team. As we prepare to close this chapter, I am still here, supporting our local team and the corporate in tying up loose ends and ensuring a smooth transition over the next three weeks.
