Operator training is essential to get used to the human-machine interface in order to master the process. The example given here is: Start-up automatic sequence (OBSU), safeties and controls of a gas boiler. Simdyn v13.0 software includes ‘boiler’ module which dynamically simulates a gas boiler equipped with 2 burners. Simulation includes : - Realistic models physicochemical phenomena (combustion, heat exchanges by radiation and convection). - Functionalities of control system and safety system (17 graphic displays, 9 being causes and effects charts) - Complete logic to handle pilots and burners - All control loops usual for that kind equipment - A start-up automatic sequence, OBSU (One Button Start-Up) , from cold phase up to steam production More details are available on attached brochure
