Constellium is pleased to welcome Stephen Walters as Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel. Stephen has practiced for many years as a corporate partner in the Paris and London offices of major international law firms, including Simmons & Simmons LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. Immediately prior to joining Constellium he was a partner with the leading French law firm Jeantet. His practice has focused on advising French and international clients on a broad range of transactional matters. Stephen succeeds Jeremy Leach who is retiring from the role of Group General Counsel but will continue to act as Advisor and Secretary until the summer of 2025.
