This past summer, I had the pleasure of welcoming a summer intern to the Take Roots Consulting team. From the get-go, it was clear he was not just here to do the work; he was driven by curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn.
His inquisitive nature shone through—he wasn't satisfied with just knowing 'what' we were doing; he wanted to dive into the 'why' behind our actions. It was refreshing to work with someone, at such a young age, not only creatively talented but also deeply curious about the reasoning behind the tasks.
Never lose that sense of curiosity. It's a powerful tool that fuels not only creativity but also a deeper understanding of the work you do. Keep asking questions, keep seeking to understand 'why'. It's the 'why' that gives purpose to our actions.
