1moWould it be fair to say, that in cities that have a history of gross development that heat islands are ignored because the dollar means more? Over development in neglected areas lead to these issues. As mayor's, council members, board members and so on, is it the lack of information that leads to these, or the politics of office that has us selling our communities to the highest bidders?
