So I just had a theory! 😄 Consider a world where creatives, idealists, and artists take the lead in hiring brands rather than the other way around. In this scenario, the value lies in the unique perspectives and imaginative contributions of creatives, making them the focal point in the collaboration. Imagine a collective of creatives selecting brands to work with, fostering an environment where creativity flourishes without being confined by rigid guidelines. The notion of brands competing for the opportunity to collaborate with such a creative force adds an intriguing dynamic to this vision.

[FSD Reflection] L'Oreal - Beauty Tech Introduction After joining in class with L'Oreal - Beauty Tech Company, a company that is so famous for its hot products that everyone has heard of, used, or is a familiar customer of. When I was introduced to the main businesses of the company and the brands under the group, I was really surprised by its scale. The management, business policies, and company culture are truly admirable. Although there are many businesses, many brands, and many product lines for different target customer segments, and are sold all over the world, it can be seen that no matter which product is sold in which market, the company also does very good business. After listening to the shares and learning about L'Oreal - Beauty Tech Company, this would be a working environment where people can learn many things, cultivate and develop themselves, a place with There is a lot of space for development, but there are also difficult challenges, especially the process of applying to the company. #FSDGEN4 #Data #Supplychain

After completing almost 6 months in my role at AT&T, I thought to share what transition looked like. It was a multi-layered, multi-faceted change -- working for consumer-loved lifestyle brands like Levi Strauss & Co. and lululemon to working for AT&T a leading connectivity company, span of role from ~10B to 120B is certainly different, living in San Francisco / Silicon Valley known for innovations, entrepreneurs, crazy traffic to Dallas known for its iconic culture, delicious food and infamous weather variations. The life in fashion brands brings the best out of you to think differently and create direct connection with consumers because consumers become fans only when the relationship is more than the product itself -- it's with the brand and it inspires everything you do. In retail / fashion, you are always on your toes creating differentiation because some mom n pop copycat brands will pay some celebrity to get short term attention -- hundreds of apparel brands exist today who make athletic apparel or denim bottoms but you know who are the best in their segments. As I transitioned to AT&T, it felt that the connectivity business may not be as cluttered as fashion but pretty soon I realized that it needs the same rigor with the consumers --- to turn them into fans, it needs more than just connectivity. It needs a promise that service will work when you need it the most -- the first responders rely on our services!! There is a sense of accomplishment to work for a company which is truly embedded in our lives -- from sharing good memories with loved ones, experiencing live concerts, listening to uninterrupted soul-comforting music, gaming to make 911 calls in the need. I am honored to work with such a talented and innovative team around me who think about consumer-first every minute -- just in a different way and more broadly -- We are with you always!! Lastly, while Dallas doesn't have the weather and scenery like San Francisco, the people are humble, nicer and behave as humans vs ... I am excited to see what 2024 brings and you all watch out for new and fun experiences as you interact with AT&T -- Happy New Year! #lifeatatt #innovation #leadership

Great team work and Collaboration gives way to problem-solving for organic innovations. The potential for effective teamwork is exponentially increased when everyone pools their time, skills, resources, and expertise. Collaboration is important because it is a blending of everyone’s collective experiences in their various roles. And when expressed using visual technology, the result is usually very rewarding and results are maximized when people work in numbers. #beelivnetwork #beelivteam #hospitality #twentybuckscreative #mediamarketing #getiCart #fastfood #qsr

Passionate Product Leader at ImmoScout24, Germany's No. 1 real estate marketplace 🏠 | I love to build new and scale existing businesses & products
🥳 𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁. 🥳 At mobile.de, we often talk about learnings. But we also celebrate our successes. Last week, we had a very extensive breakfast. It included things like curd cheese, eggs, sausages, and delicious muffins. The occasion was the 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁, in which mobile.de is the main driver of growth within the Adevinta group. This is not something to be taken for granted, and 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀! 🎉💪 "What do you like about mobile.de?" is a question that Ajay Bhatia (CEO) often asks employees. The answer is always the same: culture. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲.𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: ➡️ Trust and appreciation for employees. ➡️ Growing together on tasks. ➡️ For each other and with each other, not against each other. ➡️ Mistakes are opportunities to learn, with no finger-pointing. ➡️ Cross-functional and empowered teams form the basis of ways of working. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲? From my perspective, there are the following dimensions: ➡️ An organization's willingness to learn and adapt. ➡️ Trust and the ability to handle conflicts within individuals and teams. ➡️ Inspiration, confidence, and enthusiasm for various topics. ➡️ Courage and mindset for contrast and decision-making. This categorization allows you to measure progress in your culture and determine what nuances need to be added to move a particular dimension. #culture #success #wearemovingmobilitytogether #empowerment #appreciation

In the art world, "Culture Vultures" are often those who voraciously consume the arts, seeking out the latest trends, exhibits, and performances. While their enthusiasm is commendable, it can sometimes lack depth and genuine engagement, focusing more on appearances than on true appreciation. In the realm of advertising, a similar analogy can be drawn. Just as Culture Vultures chase the latest trends, many professionals today might be tempted to chase superficial successes or fleeting trends. But somewhere along this path, people feel burnout and fall out of love. Hence, companies should strive to build a culture that goes beyond surface-level engagement. The vision should be to foster a workplace where passion and purpose intersect. A place that nurtures genuine connections, encourages creativity and celebrates the unique contributions of every individual. By creating a culture of authenticity and deep engagement, we ensure that teams don't just come to work—they thrive. They find joy in collaboration, pride in their achievements, and inspiration in the collective mission they share. After all, when people love what they do, they bring their best selves to work, creating a positive and dynamic environment that benefits us all. #BuildWithLove #BuildForBetter #BringBackTheLove #Advertising #Marketing
