His previous experience includes roles at InstaNatural, where he led Amazon and marketplace operations, and Dedicated Media, a multi-channel advertising and marketing firm. Welcome, Dan!

"Joining Con-Air was a dream come true," Marielys proudly shares.  🔹 Nancy Rodriguez, Quality Control Specialist: an Industrial Engineer from Colombia, began her journey with us as an Assembler. Today, she steps into a pivotal Quality role, eager to further her professional growth. "I'm truly grateful for the growth opportunities that Con-Air has provided me," says Nancy, reflecting on her journey.  🔹 Ana Balzan, Production Planning Clerk: with her diverse background as a former Paramedic and Pharmacy Assistant from Venezuela, she has seized every learning opportunity in her three-year tenure at Con-Air. "This journey has been about learning, personal growth, and becoming an integral member of the Con-Air family," Ana remarks thoughtfully. 🔹 Danyelys La Casper, Process Technician: an experienced Venezuelan Industrial Engineer with 14 years under her belt, has made significant contributions to Con-Air while skillfully balancing her professional and family life. "I am deeply thankful to Con-Air for recognizing my abilities and offering me this chance to reignite my passion for my career within the Con-Air family," Danyelys states appreciatively. These promotions are not just career milestones; they represent the diverse and rich experiences our team members bring to the table at Con-Air.
