Mr. Shyam, as the senior-most MR, boasts an impressive tenure of 2.5 years. Meanwhile, MR-2 has contributed his skills for one year, MR-3 joined the ranks just two months ago, MR-4 recently embarked on his journey, a mere ten days back, and MR-5's position remains vacant, awaiting the right candidate. In the context of the current financial year, the Metro Pool demonstrates commendable performance, achieving a Year-to-Date (YTD) growth of a substantial 10.89%. Furthermore, the previous month bore witness to a noteworthy growth of 4.06%. The consistency displayed over the past five months highlights the team's prowess. This group, led by Mr. Shyam, is a harmonious blend of seasoned experts and budding talents, all of whom meet the organization's high standards in terms of Call average performance, coverage, and compliance. Of paramount importance is Mr. Shyam's exceptional communication acumen, positioning him as a pivotal asset within the team. He stands as a paragon of teamwork, adeptly guiding his colleagues. Furthermore, his commitment to fieldwork is unimpeachable, and he possesses an impeccable track record in handling claims. Mr. Shyam confidently asserts that he plays a pivotal role in achieving the pool's targets and aspires to tackle the next echelon of challenges within the organization. Given this scenario, it is worth noting that Mr. Shyam has garnered the endorsement of his superiors for skilling and development training within the organization—a testament to their belief in his potential to assume more substantial responsibilities. Now, let us dissect the situation: I would like to ask my LinkedIn audience: 1. How will you analyze Mr. Shyam? 2. What will be an action plan for Mr. Shyam in the next 5 months? 3. Does He suitable for the next level challenges? #casestudy #pharmasales #pharmasalestraining #pharmasalestrainer #salescoach #pharmaceuticalsales #pharma #training #development

I am now a GP partner! I have taken on partnership in a practice after thoughtful consideration. I have been asked how am I juggling all of my different roles of Clinical Director, Clinical Lead for Primary Care Education, Chair of Connected Cultures, teaching IMGs (International medical graduates) etc. Let me explain. When I work on equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging, I improve culture, attraction, retention and this passion of mine crosses sectors (primary care, secondary care, ICB, voluntary sectors, police to name a few) When I teach, I can see what needs to be done in the system to improve students and graduates clinical and leadership skills. When I look at population health, I work in collaboration with other stakeholders to address health inequalities and improve the care of patients. In reality, they are complementary to each other! More importantly, I focus on the people- the staff that comes in every single day to do the best they can, because I can't do it alone. Without those teams around me, none of this will be possible. I've been told I'm an inspiration but let me tell you, when I see single parent, carers, genuine hard working people stepping through the door every single day, I'm inspired by them and my utmost priority is to make sure they are being listened to and cared for. I was asked to articulate my purpose into words by my career coach and this sentence blurted out: 'I want to be a voice for those who don't have one!' That is my North Star and it will be always be my guide. P/s: I had to grow broader shoulders to take on all these additional responsibilities. Good thing I found a picture of myself on a big person. 😁

Chief Medical Officer Mankato Clinic, Chief Innovation Officer at Stratum Med, Clinical Director at Nabla, Podiatrist, Co-Founder Sky Surgical I help clinicians with all of the things that school didn’t teach them.
New doctors starting jobs: This is how you are saying that you are unexceptional… “I’m starting a new job. Come see me at my new practice, X Practice” This doesn’t differentiate you at all. It says you have no special skills. Just an address. No one cares. Except for maybe your parents. Now, if you say what problem you specialize in solving “Bunion pain/ Knee pain” and how you do it… now you are interesting and maybe exceptional. Imagine talking to someone who has the problem you want to treat. Do that instead of the boring normal new job announcement. New doctors, this is something that you likely haven’t learned in school or residency. You need these communication skills. I’ve learned from these people. Sahil Bloom Kristine Kapatos Matthew Ray Scott Lara Hemeryck, PhD Amelia Sordell 🔥 Apply the things that they talk about to medicine. And… this applies to anyone talking on LinkedIn, not just new doctors.

Medical Laboratory Scientist| Advocate for Healthy Living| Volunteer| Learning Today to Lead Tomorrow
A simple conversation can change someone's experience It was around 7:30 pm when i was at the closing end of an afternoon shift It had been a very busy day and i couldn't wait to get home to refocus on my other goals. Therein walks my final client for the evening, a lady who looked even worse for wear than i was. "Hello I'm William" i said. "I will be taking your blood sample to run a few labs for you" All i got in response was her placing her hand on the arm rest and waiting as if a prisoner resigning her fate to the blade of the guillotine. This caused me to pause and make the statement "You look really tired, had a long day?" This led to a long enough conversation that brought her back to life bit by bit. At the end she made a very interesting statement; "Today I feel happy i met you here today. Every place I go, they seem to be more concerned about the sample than about the person" As a practitioner medical laboratory science, there are many factors i have to worry about. From how well the regents are kept and prepared, to how well the sample was taken to how well they were run For this, we use many terms to describe what we do but all under the umbrella of Quality Assurance. We are usually do not meet the client unless its in the role as a phlebotomist or medical laboratory assistant. Medical laboratory diagnostics is a high paced service that requires constant mental awareness This slowly drains you of energy leading to us sometimes becoming robotic in our interactions with our clients. To her at that time, the quality of her results and its turnaround time took a backseat in terms of quality to the human touch. In writing this, it made me think back to every other place that i had a good experience Those experiences somehow involved a bright smiling customer representative and a prompt service. So next time when there's the time. Don't forget to ask someone how their day went. Without a doubt, nothing can take away the value of the human touch. Enjoy your weekend everyone. #MedicalLaboratoryScience #PhlebotomyExperiences #Quality

Get a Result It is said if you are always living in the past, you will be full of regret of the things you would, could, and should have done. It is said if you are always living in the future, you will be full of anxiety of what may (or may not) happen. And it is said that the challenge is to live in the present. After all it is a gift, so we should make the most of it. Yet many people find themselves in a state of perpetual preparation. They are always getting ready to get ready. Often, they are wanting something to turn out perfectly. The reality is perfection rarely happens on the first attempt. What we need most is a result. We need to get an attempt in and get a result. Once a result is obtained, adjustments can be made. When leading a team of any kind, you need a result. The result will allow you to make the necessarily adjustments to be able to advance towards your goal. What I have noticed is that many people are dissatisfied with their results, yet they make no adjustments. I was working the pharmacy in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania many years ago. We had a brand-new (remodeled) store, and we now had a drive thru. As we adjusted to life with a drive thru, I had one technician who struggled to use the comm system at the drive thru and felt it was more appropriate (and convenient) to try to communicate with our patients and customers THROUGH the glass window. She would literally try to yell through the glass. This was not the result I would have expected, but it was a result, nonetheless. And with that result, adjustments could be made. For example, training could be provided on how to use the comm system or responsibilities could be adjusted to not station this technician to support this workstation. When we opened for business that day, I had no idea that was the result we would experience. No amount of planning would have prepared me for that challenge. We simply needed to get a result, and then make an adjustment. Where do you need to get a result today? Where do you need to stop planning and start doing? Allow me to encourage you today to get a result – get any result – and adjust your plans as you move forward. #forpharmacy #forpharmacists #pharmacists #pharmacyleadership #leadwell #EveryoneDeservesToBeLedWell #KeepPharmacistsImproving
