So, the news is finally out! We got a new Alegro binder... We are one of Ireland's largest sheetfed printers, and as such, we are constantly looking for ways to increase productivity and ensure that we are in the best possible position to deliver for our customers. We're currently installing an Alegro binder from Muller Martini at our 125,000-square-foot Belfast site. We will be able to organise our production much more efficiently after investing in the Alegro binder, which replaces the old Heidelberg perfect binder. "Our print runs and volumes are constantly increasing, and the demand for our services is growing all the time," explains GPS Director David Bell during his visit to the Müller Martini booth at the drupa – no. 1 for printing technologies show. "That's why we're looking forward to this efficient perfect binder, which we expect will triple our productivity." This machine equipment allows GPS to simplify its production processes, which is a significant advantage given Ireland's skilled labour shortage. PRINTING WITH EXTENDED COLOUR GAMUT (ECG) IN FLEXO?
