"Jeremy started in 2021 in Cedar Rapids as a mixer driver. After a short and busy year, Jeremy started training in dispatch. Most of the day is spent answering numerous phone calls, entering orders, and batching concrete; all while drivers are asking questions about directions. Jeremy has a work ethic that is important to have in this industry, he's never afraid to jump in and lend a hand. Jeremy has a talent for multi-tasking which is a very important part of dispatch. Somedays might not be the easiest or stressless but Jeremy approaches each day with a cheerful approach. Thanks again for always having a smile and helping our customers with all their daily needs!!"

Favorite thing about working at Croell: I enjoy the people I get to work with and the variety of jobs we do. Industrial buildings, roads, and homeowners' jobs.
Most interesting project: Palo Nuclear Energy plant. Delivering concrete with an armed security guard watching you unload.
What advice would you give to someone who might want to join Croell: A lot of employees are willing to help you out if you're willing to put forth the effort.
Hobbies include: I love playing Rec sports like softball, sand volleyball, golf, and following the Iowa Hawkeyes.
One thing people probably don’t know about me: I was attacked by a dog when I was younger and had to have over 100 stitches in my face
Bucket list: I would love to take a cruise, and also attend a super bowl sometime.
