Our award-winning Cobb County Public Library has an opening for a librarian III. The position is located at the North Cobb Regional Library in the Kennesaw/Acworth area of Cobb County. Congratulations to all our employees who graduated from Cobb's Supervisory Development Program (SDP) today. SDP is required for all new supervisors. A variety of subject matter experts facilitate the 8-class program that exposes supervisors to pertinent county policies and procedures. Topics include Leadership Styles; Avoiding Legal Landmines; Coaching & Performance Management; Documentation and Discipline; Productivity and Time Management; Communication & Conflict Management; Public Speaking and Workplace Diversity.
