Just 1 week to go until our next all-client insights event, ‘Brands Away from Home’. We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone to LABS House and challenging the received wisdom around Brands in the foodservice and away-from-home market. Did you think that we were just gonna do one post about coffee and then be done...? If so, you really don't know us. Last Friday we went to the London Coffee Festival. We're always thinking outside the box on ways to acquire new clients, meet people in the industry and to widen and broaden our network. While that's all cool, how does that actually benefit our clients? Other than that we get more of them? Well it benefits them in two ways, firstly, we're gonna meet all of the consultants who are on the side of the industry on the tangents to what we do and who can add value for them. So when they might say, ’I just need a ... can you introduce me?’ We can introduce them. How you do something is how you do everything. And our clients can be reassured that if we'll go to any length to meet new people, broaden our network, and find new clients, then we'll apply that same energy and relentlessness to finding amazing sites for them. While we were there, we happened to take the ‘Coffee Industry Knowledge’ quiz. You can see the results. Now I’m not saying we know more about coffee than Joe and the Juice, but...
