🎉 DO NOT SAVE YOUR BUCKET LIST UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT TO KICK THE BUCKET!!!
Use your good china for a grilled cheese sandwich.
Wear your favorite clothes to the grocery store.
Get your hair, nails done just because.
Get that massage after a rough week anyway.
Buy it because you deserve it and YOU ARE WORTHY.
Throw your favorite holey (insert the blank item here) because you don't have to keep it.
Treat yourself as you would treat others.
Love yourself completely and give this imperfect human grace from today on.
Love to live, not to exist, get by and work hard to just pay bills.
All lessons I am learning and trying to incorporate in my life.
Disclaimer: the opinions I share are for you to be happy now and not to be taken as legal, financial, or sound advice.
P.S. What bucket list, dream, new thing can you do tiday that you were waiting or saving for.a special day? I would love to know and add your inspiration to the list.🙏🏽

The send-off from my G&S colleagues was really touching for me and my family. No surprise to many, that kind of attention was just a bit uncomfortable for me. Why? Because my tenure and ANY success I realized is simply a credit to the hundreds of hard-working G&S colleagues I had the honor of working with for the past 27 years, the clients that trusted us with their business, and so many others that provided support along the way.
The biggest surprise gift I received over the last month? Reflection… that I hope to share as a simple reminder for business leaders, at any level, in any industry.
Do not underestimate the little things you practice, say or do during interactions with your team… The welcome feeling you give to a new colleague, the outreach on a job well done, the transparency in the way you communicate, your availability to others, the care you take to deliver even the most difficult feedback or result.
As leaders, we fall short from time to time, and don’t always think about these and many other leadership practices on a daily basis. Just know that in the end, they add up to the sum of who you are and the impact you have on an organization. Lead on!
We sent off our outgoing President and CEO Luke Lambert with a bang by holding parties in all our offices! We had such a great time sharing memories, celebrating Luke’s retirement, and honoring his legacy.
Thank you, Luke, for your many contributions to G&S throughout the years and we hope you enjoy your retirement! #WeAreGS ❤️
Longer Retirement Duration: One of the undeniable benefits of retiring early is the opportunity to enjoy a longer retirement duration. By leaving the workforce earlier, you have more years to live out your retirement dreams and aspirations. This extended period can allow for deeper connections with loved ones, the pursuit of bucket list experiences, and the ability to make the most of your golden years.
