This was another great day for TATRA BANKA and especially Wholesale team in Treasury. Today we offered 300 mil. EUR GREEN MREL 6NC5 bond with initial spread 260 bps. Within 3 hours we managed to have 8 times oversubscription, which allowed us to issue 350 mil. EUR GREEN MREL 6NC5 bond with spread of 210 bps. I need to thank our syndicate RBI, DANSKE, GOLDMAN and UNICREDIT, but also all colleagues who participated in this success story. A special THANKS goes to Pavol Kiralvarga, CFA and D. Rudkovska, who had more than 60 investor´s meetings, picked the „issue window“ and prepared all docs in very short time. Great work today!
