Great to be with the CloudPay team at the Global Payroll Association (GPA) Symposium and Awards in Athens last week. Strong content at the morning Symposium where we learned from: Dannielle Haig (HCPC, MBPsS) about Dark Triads and how we can use *some* of their characteristics to drive our own success; Graham Jenkins who cut the b/s and outlined how “silent running” was an admirable vision for a Payroll function; and payroll legends Nick Bryant, Ricardo Rehkopf and Melanie Pizzey 🟣🟣🟣 who shared their own observations on where Payroll should sit, how to promote it to incoming talent, and why it’s such a brilliant place to be! The evening awards ceremony gave us a fantastic opportunity to spend time with colleagues, partners & peers from the Payroll world.
