This morning, The New York Times published a devastating exposé on the traditional PBM industry. The article shines a blazing spotlight on the traditional PBM practices that prioritize rebate-driven drug volume to maximize profits. Practices like these are hurting plan sponsors, members/patients, community pharmacies, and many other stakeholders.
