RARE EARTH MINERALS
Gallium is a rare element found in trace amounts in various minerals, but it is not typically mined as a primary source. Instead, it is often extracted as a byproduct during the processing of other metals, particularly aluminum and zinc ores. Its production is relatively limited compared to more common metals. As a rare mineral, Gallium is valuable in niche applications, especially in high-tech industries. No wonder China is curbing its export of Gallium. Pentagon should rely on Canada for the stable supply of Gallium.
The main reason Gallium can be produced in Canada is due to its significant production of aluminum. Canada is one of the world's leading producers of aluminum, and it has abundant reserves of bauxite, the primary ore used to produce aluminum. When bauxite is refined to extract aluminum metal, small amounts of Gallium are also recovered as a byproduct. The major aluminum-producing provinces in Canada include Quebec, British Columbia, and Ontario.
Gallium is also present in some zinc ores, and Canada is a substantial producer of zinc. The provinces of British Columbia, Manitoba, and New Brunswick have active zinc mines, and Gallium can be recovered from the processing of zinc ores as well.
Another factor that contributes to Gallium availability in Canada is the recycling of electronic waste. Gallium is used in various electronic applications, such as LEDs, solar cells, and semiconductors. As a technologically advanced country, Canada generates a significant amount of electronic waste, which provides an additional source for Gallium recovery through recycling processes.
The lead source of rare Earth minerals in Canada is the ABC Legacy Foundation https://lnkd.in/gTfMhii9 and the ABC Legacy Mineral Resources Inc. a global mining company located in Victoria BC with an environmental and humanitarian focus.

IDI vice president, Lord John Alderdice, is now member of the UK House of Lords Select Committee on International Relations and Defence. This past week the UK House of Lords approved a motion to appoint John Alderdice and several other peers to this committee, which is gaining significance given the current deepening geo-political crisis.

MAGA MARGE IS SPREADING RUSSIAN PROPAGANDA ON THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE
1. Russia is classified as a U.S. enemy nation.
2. Ukraine is classified as a U.S. ally nation.
3. Russia attacked Ukraine over and over and over.
4. Marge called Ukrainians Nazis - just like Putin.
5. Marge lies that Ukrainian Nazi's blew up an oil pipeline. - just like Putin.
6. Marge lies that Ukraine is getting US money. - just like Putin.
7. Marge is an elected official of The U.S. government.
8. Marge is spreading Putin propaganda in The USA.
Therefore, Marge is a Russian plant/useful idiot/traitor to the USA whether she knows it or not.
9. Intent is whether she knows or not.
10. Intent is the deciding factor in a criminal investigation.
11. When faced with contradictory information, Marge will ALWAYS take the side of Putin.
SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR ESPIONAGE
Now what does the US government do when:
1. A U.S. Senator,
2. using U.S. national enemy propaganda,
3. attacks the President of The United States
4. and our allies,
5. invariably and continuously,
6. undermining the U.S.'s ability to combat that same national enemy?

“The Punter, The Mad Scramble, Lack of a Bid Market…& Where is the
ENTHUSIASM! This post will take 1/2 hour to take it all in!
TECK:NYSE, CAD:TSX.v
As most of my reading followers know, I do spend a lot f time, 1) trying to make my posts entertaining 2) make my posts real from either having relationships
with the company or the commodity 3) stick to my knitting after all you can not be all things to all people, 4) I will find the trade or the opportunity and so what if it takes 3-5 years, after all …all we have is time..some more than others.
Returning from the PDAC, sitting in on lectures, hooking up with old acquaintance's and making lots of observations. I saw the punter sitting in the bar, this is a reference to some one involved in running a company and being involved in many, the mad scramble is people understanding the commodity cycle and trying to find that one bet, or many smaller ones “in the right commodity”, & we’ve been in a no bid market now for 3-4 years.
Any one knowing Gianni understands his passion. Five years ago, after listening to him at the VRIC talking to him and reading his book, I made a conscience decision, focus on two metals,
1) Met Coal, the other 2) Copper. After 4 years I got my Cu trade, not as hope’d but still a 9X ( CMMC:TSX ) During this time, I also started collecting long positions in 2 Cu projects, 1 being Coppernico & Ivan Bebek? Why? 1) He’s done it before (twice), 2) Huge endorsement from Ross Beatty in 2019 at the VRIC 3) a 25 year relationship 4) my gut,5) un bridled enthusiasm (as Kramer would say ) and a tenacity un paralleled. In box me, I can give you 5 more!
The other, was Met Coal and since I knew and owned Western Canadian Coal there in lied my bets. An observation the PDAC, great attendance, 90% male attended , Young people working booths ( mostly ) inexperienced and raw and good luck. What was missing was youth, people walking the floor getting engaged in this business…with Bitcoin making huge gains, and fast, the action is not in any particular commodity that takes 10-14 years, discovery to production, but the discovery hole can catch the wave. What I saw was 20% booths in U and 20% in Li and 60% in the balance of others. So with that, I have included two links for people to understand the process of both LI and Coal, Iron Ore and making of steel.
Ive also included a 20 minute interview with an old friend Peter Grandich from Northern Dynasty days .75-$24 While I don’t endorse any of Gianni’s picks here (ONLY because I dont own them and I dont have time to do DD) After all, my DD includes my CTO review and also site visits, which is something not many people reading this do, right? That said, the questions are great, the answers are even better and its great in sight to what has happened and where were going.

Intending harm to civilians, collateral damage, and beyond?
The distinction between harming innocents intentionally, as a means to one’s ends, and merely as so-called collateral damage, as a merely foreseen side-effect, is absolutely central – to common sense morality, to the morality of war, and to the Law of Armed Conflict. But nothing about this distinction is obvious – not how to best understand it, not whether it can withstand criticism, and not whether it’s exhaustive (that is, whether there are ways of harming innocents that fall into neither category). This talk will be an introduction to the problems surrounding this distinction, with special attention to its role in discussions of the Israeli actions in the Gaza Strip.
