This is our first successful test on e-commerce, specifically focused on the order process for calculators. Here's how it works: - Users select the calculator they wish to purchase. - They make the order. - Payment is processed using a credit card. - We are currently in discussions with a local provider to enable payments via multicaixa (local bank card). - Once payment is completed, an invoice and a download link are sent via email for users to download their calculator. Our immediate priority is addressing payment issues faced by many clients who prefer using multicaixa over credit cards. #eCommerce #OrderProcess #OnlinePayments #CustomerExperience #Innovation
