How about putting a strong presence in helping your struggling branches. Maybe then people like me wouldn't have to go find work elsewhere. It's sad to watch a company lose good people simply because some branches get overlooked.

I’ve been attending this TCEQ show for over 30 years and this year was one of the best I’ve seen. Lots of Environmental knowledge it was great speaking with all the attendees of Texas.
