The Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies recently released its final study called “Overcoming Barriers to Manufactured Housing” in a series that addresses the role modern manufactured homes have in providing attainable homeownership opportunities for today’s ‘missing middle’ housing market. The research highlights case studies of five organizations that are expanding the use of these homes, including CrossMod® homes, in markets where off-site built construction has traditionally been under-utilized or restricted.
