The program provides homeownership coaching and education to thousands of people each year, with 65% of participants increasing their credit scores and savings, moving them one step closer to achieving the dream of homeownership.

Today, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear and Clayton broke ground on a new neighborhood in London, Kentucky, which will feature 51 eBuilt CrossMod homes. Through annual energy cost savings, we can help provide homeowners with a lower cost of homeownership over the life of their home – opening doors for more families. We are very grateful for the support of Governor Beshear, along with other state and local officials, who have been advocates for modern manufactured homes and are embracing innovative solutions to make homeownership more attainable for families regionally and beyond.
