Over the course of the week, the apprentices engaged in one-on-one training, team-building activities, and insightful presentations. They are supported by our dedicated in-house training team, benefiting from state-of-the-art equipment and specialised training facilities. Our apprenticeship scheme has proven to be a resounding success, with many apprentices advancing to full-time roles as engineers, managers and even senior leaders. This program is a testament to our commitment to future-proofing our business by developing the skills needed to deliver quality installations today and into the future.
