🎙 This is an interesting podcast with Rina Goldenberg Lynch and covers some of the basics of equity. Its worth a listen (warning: contains swearing from the interviewers). It's missing discussions on intersectionality which would also be important to cover as a starting point for people wanting to learn more about EDI.
